Times like these affect many lives, due to this Covid-19 outbreak the area in which I live in has made rules about going outside. If we go outside there are no groups allowed and try to stay 6 feet away from others. We should only be going outside for essentials but we are allowed to do things like go on runs or walks as long as we stay 6 feet away from others. Supermarkets are doing everything they can to help others while reducing the spread of Covid-19. Such as sanitizing high usage places, all workers to wear gloves and masks, and to not have contact with customers.
I have been outside very rarely and when I do go outside is to go on a run to workout for football season. In the mornings I like to wake up eat breakfast, brush my teeth, and then start my day off with school work. I typically have been finishing around 12 P.M. Then I lift weights for around 20 minutes in my garage to stay in shape. After my day surrounds my family until around 4 PM which is when I go on my run.
After my run I lift again. My routine usually contains of push ups, dumbbells, curl bar, sit ups, and planks. I like to start off with the dumbbells for a more lighter workout. Then, I do push ups and planks. I will do 20 push ups then hold a plank for 45 seconds, three times with 1 minute breaks in between. I then do 65 pound curl bar for 12 reps, 3 sets. I repeat this sequence twice.
Overall, I miss being outdoors and I cannot wait until this quarantine is over. But, after the orders are lifted in the area, I think things will not be the same for a while. Such as people being extra careful about close contact and the counties worrying about a 2nd wave of the pandemic. That was my life in the quarantine.
